- Solid experience in implementing MS Teams telephony;
- Experience with Virtual Agent;
- 10 years of experience as a telecom and/or telephony architect.
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365.
- Bilingualism: French (full proficiency) and English (intermediate will work)
