We’re looking for a customer-centric and data-driven CRM expert to develop new and optimize existing marketing automation capabilities that drive customer retention. If you want to shape and scale a core strategic area while creating a lot of value for both the business and our customers, read on.
The role:
As a key driver of experimentation and strategy around our Explorer’s entire lifecycle, you’ll help build our global customer communications tech capabilities and significantly increase customer lifetime value. To do this, you’ll collaborate with our CRM Managers, Product and Tech teams and be responsible for identifying, exploring, and operating communication strategies across channels, devices, markets, and customer segments. As a critical role on a high visibility team, there is significant opportunity for growth as success is demonstrated.
You will:
- Drive technical improvements on our CRM toolset by uncovering additional capabilities, integrations and data sources
- Support the technical optimization, maintenance and quality monitoring of our trigger-based communication
- Work with senior stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics and other relevant teams to align roadmaps, ensure a cohesive strategy and maximize impact on retention
- Work with our Engineering teams to maintain the health of our CRM program
- Take ownership of landing page strategies, ensuring they are optimized for conversion rate, user experience and align with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Who you are
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Braze in a marketing technology environment or equivalent experience in a similar role with equivalent programming knowledge and skills.
- Expertise and in-depth understanding of the technical requirements and challenges associated with ESPs.
- Examples of managing and delivering technically and operationally complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in adapting project priorities and goals in response to new learnings, unforeseen obstacles, shifts in company strategy, and changes in resource allocation.
- Solid experience with SQL is preferred
- You’re a clear communicator with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivation to get things done.
