Inside Sales Account Manager
This self-managed role will work actively with Business Development Managers to reach Sales Targets and strategically convert leads into buying customers, while providing the best customer-service in the industry. Learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment.
Objectives of the Role:
Drive Sales: work in conjunction with Business Development Manager to hit a sales target within a region.
Negotiate & Close: manage and negotiate customer pricing, close sales, make outbound calls and meet defined Key Performance Indicators.
Handle Customer Inquiries: ensure each interaction with the customer is an excellent experience.
Create Transactions: quotes and orders will be sent and followed-up.
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a B2B setting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Facing role such as Customer Service, Sales or Account Management.
Minimum of a high school degree or GED.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Bonus points for:
Experience in the Construction Industry.
NetSuite or other CRM experience.
