Business Development/Outside Sales (Base salary + uncapped commission!)

The Business Development Manager will office out of our Owatonna or Faribault location and is responsible for revenue growth in the Southern, MN area.
This position offers a generous compensation plan (base salary + uncapped commission), performance based bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and cell phone allowance!
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospects for new business via telephone, Internet, social media or outside sales calls.
Participates in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognition.
Develops organizational charts and relationships throughout the client company to identify and capture additional business opportunities.
Creates, maintains, and updates new client files in our CRM
Participates in monthly review of territory and quarterly business plans with forecasts.
Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses, including knowledge of competitors in area.
Maintains active involvement in the community and networking groups.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER KEY REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of business to business (B2B) outside sales experience
HS Diploma or GED; or bachelor’s degree in related field
Must have a valid driver’s license
