Our client, is a leader manufacturing firm, is actively looking to hire an Account Manager (Electrical) to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain business relations with the company distributors in Ontario.
- Present lunch & learn / technical presentations to OEMs, Engineering Consultants and end-user customers.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction (building relationships and trust).
- Manage overall communication with customers.
- Drive growth and profitability
- Build relationship and influence with customer at all levels including the senior "non-technical" levels.
- Endeavour to get the company products approved on customer vendor lists.
- Evaluate if our products meet customers’ technical requirements and specifications.
- Monthly forecasting of sales
- Follow-up customer opportunities
- Meet yearly established sales targets.
EDUCATION/SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge and/or experience in the market of motor control / industrial automation
- Technical diploma (University or College education in related Electrical studies is a must)
- Sales experience in Ontario
- Outgoing, customer focussed.
- Ability to use MS Office
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime as needed.
- Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

- Teamwork and collaboration
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
