Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Rep to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, be capable of thinking on their feet, and have the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to establish and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales process.
Develop and nurture relationships with internal key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and understand the pain points of potential clients to propose effective solutions and position our security services accordingly.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential clients via phone and email to maintain ongoing customer service and address any additional questions or concerns.
Collaborate with the Field Sales team to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives, including identifying new markets and industry trends.
Coordinate and schedule buyer meetings in collaboration with relevant Field Sales or Operations team member(s) when necessary.
Support various sales activities related to the sales pipeline, including assisting with requests for proposal (RFP) processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Due to strategic expansion, we now seek to speak to industry professionals with at least 1-2 years of experience selling security services (preferred) but will consider candidates selling a service solution.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot and address errors or inconsistencies.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively navigate online and mobile applications and software programs.
Must be familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, etc), and other sales tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
