The Role
We are looking for a leader to join our Customer Onboarding function, which is part of the Global Customer Success team. In this position, you would be responsible for ensuring a great onboarding experience for our customers, by leading and coaching a team of highly skilled technical + compliance experts. We have a
high bar for customer experience and the onboarding experience sets the tone for each new customer of Sprinto.
Some key responsibilities of the role
- Own goals and metrics for Customer Onboarding -- ensuring timely, predictable Activation with a great customer experience
- Lead and coach a team of product and domain experts who would be onboarding customers onto Sprinto
- Periodic portfolio reviews for each team member
- Monthly 1-1s, constructive feedback and career growth guidance for each team member
- Ability to keep a pulse on both the forest and the trees - need to have sufficient hands-on experience to get on a customer call and unblock a team member as well
- Work closely with the product team to ensure appropriate prioritisation of critical features

- An insatiable curiosity to learn
- 8+ years of overall work experience
- Superlative project management skills -- planning, tracking & communication to both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with leading and coaching a Customer Onboarding team in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with multi-stage, multi-stakeholder Onboarding processes
- Experience in working with customers across timezones
- Prior experience in the Information Security domain is an added plus
