The Role
We are looking for a leader to join our Global Customer Success team. In this position, you would be responsible for retention and growth from a portfolio of customers, by leading and coaching a team of highly skilled Customer Success Managers.
Some key responsibilities of the role
- Own NPS, Retention and Expansion goals for a portfolio of customers
- Lead and coach a fully distributed team of Customer Success Managers
- Periodic portfolio reviews for each team member
- Monthly 1-1s, constructive feedback and career growth guidance for each team member
- Ability to keep a pulse on both the forest and the trees - need to have sufficient hands-on experience to get on a customer call and unblock a team member as well
- Work closely with the product team to ensure appropriate prioritisation of critical features
Those who are best suited for the role have:
- An insatiable curiosity to learn
- 8+ years of overall work experience
- Experience with leading and coaching a distributed Customer Success team in a B2B SaaS company
- Superlative customer management skills -- presentation, expectation setting, negotiation etc.
- Experience with multi-stakeholder account management
- Experience in working with customers across timezones
- Prior experience in the Information Security domain is an added plus
