Job Responsibilities:
As a B2B Solutions Engineer for our linear motion division, you will work with, grow, maintain, and manage an assigned account base of B2B clients. You’ll have a background in electrical or mechatronics engineering, a passion for building relationships and a meticulous approach to getting work done.
When we onboard a new client, at first, they’ll work with our Sales Development and Engineering teams. These teams assess and qualify the account, establish fit and identify and recommend suitable products for the application. They’ll continue to work with the client throughout the initial testing and implementation phases.
Your work starts once an account is ready to go into mass production. At this point, responsibility for the account will transfer to you. You’ll then work with the client on placing, planning, and managing orders, demand, lead time and technical challenges. You’ll be the main point of contact for the accounts you own and will be responsible for their growth, long term retention and customer satisfaction.
This includes detailed failure analysis for units returned on RMAs, engineering inspections, creating, and updating technical documentation, manufacturing documents, and overseeing the engineering change process for your assigned customer base. This includes resolving engineering challenges and problems with our products when reported by customers.
The role also requires working with your clients on new and updated requirements and applications, as well as continuous up and cross selling to maximize their revenue potential by identifying unmet needs for things like controls, ancillary products and other linear actuators and lifting columns. You’ll be responsible for managing the production scheduling of your orders, along with arranging and approving QC as required. Likewise, you’ll be working with our QC teams on customer-specific QC.
You’ll be supported by our B2B Customer Success Team who handles non-technical inquiries and standard day-to-day requests. They’ll take on tasks like arranging shipments as per your request, following up on orders and handling billing questions.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to build strong and effective relationships with customers, and efficiently resolve technical and engineering challenges.

- Very good English on a native speaker level, both written and spoken.

- Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, like HubSpot.
It is optional but helpful if you have experience with linear motion, actuators, controls, or motors. It is also helpful if you have experience working on customer requirements with suppliers and contract manufacturers in Asia.
