Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Landscape Account Manager for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance team to manage large HOA portfolios and commercial properties. The Account Manager owns the client relationships of all assigned portfolios and is responsible for driving enhancement sales, adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
Develop strong positive relationships with each client, providing effective, professional, and timely communication to meet customer needs and maximize customer retention.
Proactively manage properties by inspecting and locating issues in the landscape, communicating with the customer, and defining a resolution that is within customers’ needs and budgetary parameters.
Monitor the activity of production crews and work closely with production staff regarding scheduling, quality of jobsites, customer service, and ensuring all contracted services provided are of good quality and completed in a timely fashion.
Maintain job costs to achieve profitability goals.
Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, shop, field offices and customer work sites.
Meet or exceed established sales goals for enhancement projects.
Work closely with administrative team members to make sure all contract administration is timely and accurate.
Support and assist in training/monitoring of production staff to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with contract specifications, company standards and safety requirements.
Represent the Company at various events, organizations, and associations for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new or expanded business. Develop community ties and enhance the public image and brand of the Company. Maintain positive relations with other companies in the industry and related industries.
Participate in various industry associations to increase knowledge of marketplace, sales opportunities, competition, and best practices.
Is aware of billing and collection status on all projects/customers. Advises on credits or collections and works with the administrative staff and customers to resolve collection issues.
Other relevant job duties as needed.
Requirements:
Must maintain a current state driver’s license
3+ years’ experience in Account Management
Experience managing large HOA accounts
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Computer proficiency
Excellent customer service skills
