We recently opened our 2nd US location in the Research Triangle Park. As part of a continuing growth strategy, we are excited to appoint a new Business Development Executive to join our North America Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a business development strategy in Chaseman Global's core segments and delivery expertise.
- Develop meaningful relationships as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, owners, founders, and investors of target organizations.
- Generate business opportunities that align with Chaseman Global's core service offerings.
- Serve as the client liaison and manage client projects through to successful delivery.
- Partner with delivery to ensure milestones and quality expectations are met.
Requirements:
- 3+ years sales and recruitment experience, ideally at executive level recruitment.
- Experience developing a territory.
- A track record of building relationships that result in mutual business success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for serving others.
