Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial cleaning industry
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance

Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
