This 50-employee firm, which has earned an 82 Net Promoter Score since its foundation in 2003, is seeking Account Executives to sell $15k to $50k+ ACV software and services deals to SMB and mid-sized companies in your metro area and state. If you live in the Atlanta metro area, you will work from our Alpharetta office once a week; if you live elsewhere, you will be fully remote.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from the company’s Alpharetta office or, if you prefer, your home office.
* $65k to $80k base, $130k to $150k+ On-Target Earnings (OTE). The annual quota is $150k in
Year One and there are major accelerators. 4% 401(k) match – eligible on Day One.
* 5 of the 6 reps are on track for President’s Club. Commissions start at 12% and scale to 31%.
* At least 2 years of experience selling an HCM, payroll, or HR Tech solution is required.
* This is a robust offering; you will upsell and cross-sell SaaS modules like talent acquisition, learning management, performance management, and benefits administration.

Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, we specialize in HCM Technology and HR Outsourcing solutions for small to mid-market businesses and looking to add several new HCM Consultants to the family to prospect, demo, and sell our SaaS-based HCM platform.
He or she is responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, networking, sales database management (CRM), and building referral relationships with brokers, financial advisors, and other referral sources through various entertaining. He or she is also responsible for achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.
The HCM Consultant will be in a highly consultative role as they meet with various decision-makers and C-level executives and be responsible for developing a full set of solutions to meet their specific business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a track record of success.
· Experience in Selling HCM software a MUST.
· Proven track record of success through promotions, awards, rankings, etc...
