Able to drive all types of vehicles.â?¢Thorough knowledge of local areasâ?¢Must have excellent organization and time management skillsâ?¢Strong understanding of the English language.â?¢Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.â?¢Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.PHYSICAL DEMANDSâ?¢Exert physical effort in lifting/transporting at least 50 pounds.â?¢Push/pull carts and other equipment up to 250 pounds.â?¢Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.â?¢Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4-hours in length.â?¢Running up to 500 yards, up to 50+ times a day or more.â?¢Willing to work outside in all types of weather.
