Position SummaryEvernorth Accountable Care (ENAC) is a new business focused on partnering with healthcare providers to form value-based care relationships, improving care for patients and reducing total healthcare costs. As part of the Evernorth Accountable Care Provider Operations team, this role is primarily focused on the timely and accurate maintenance of provider roster management including demographic information, specialties and affiliations. An ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, experience in healthcare operations, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.Essential Functions
* Managing provider rosters and ensuring systems are updated with accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborate with Healthplan and other internal ENAC team contacts on roster reconciliation processes
* Communicating with internal and external partners to obtain necessary documentation and/or validation on data to ensure accuracy.
* Perform provider demographic updates through various workflow queues
* Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
* Support establishing an end-to-end provider data management workflow with technology partners
* Participate in external vendor discussions for establishing and maintaining data management workflows
* Participate as a SME in ongoing continuous improvement ideation and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Participate in business user acceptance testing for technical releases on our provider applicationsQualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
* 3+ years of related healthcare operations experience required
* Provider Operations experience preferred
* Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functional and lines of business
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in an operational setting
* Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
* Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a experience leveraging Excel for basic data analytics
