Product Strategy @Dream11The Product Strategy team is responsible for creating a powerful and focused strategy to drive user engagement and growth. The team works closely with the product & data science teams to solve problems around pricing, profitability & user experience.
We tackle these issues by building economic/econometric models, machine learning systems, and high-impact experiments which we integrate into business and system-level decision-making.
Your Role:
- Develop pricing strategies that integrate price elasticity and long-term user retention
- Design and conduct causal studies using observational and experimental data to drive key business decisions
- Own and manage the in-game economy to effectively balance liquidity
- Inform key decisions for fantasy sports experiences to drive retention
Qualifiers:
- PhD in economics, statistics, finance, quantitative marketing, or related fields
- 4+ years of post-PhD experience in applied economics with exposure to applied microeconometrics, empirical IO, and labor economics, along with experience of applying them to real-world problems
- Experience in programming languages, such as Python, R & Julia
