The opportunity.
Working in the Business Transformation team striving to make information, processes, and systems at Quantexa better, enabling and coordinating change across the business. Whether supporting with small changes to support individual stakeholders to large business change projects affecting how the business operates.
What you’ll be doing.
- Gathering stakeholder requirements to form Business Cases covering scope, budget, and benefits. Supporting stakeholders to make the case to facilitate the need for change.
- Mapping processes for workflows, lifecycles, and data, including gap analysis for current state to future state.
- Supporting the Technical Governance Board (TGB) and Head of Business Transformation with adhoc analysis, documentation, and insight about change happening across the business.
- Identifying risks involved in change and making recommendations to mitigate them.
- Assimilating information from multiple stakeholders to summarise the big picture of business requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll bring.
- Problem solving skills – able to investigate complex problems and communicate key discussion points written and verbally.
- Ability to communicate – with key stakeholders at multiple levels and functions, such as when gathering information, persuading, communicating options, or resolving issues.
- Presenting complex information in simple ways in written format, utilising a combination of diagrams and graphics as appropriate.
- Able to understand strategic business challenges and use analytical approaches to breakdown the detail into tangible actions to meet business objectives.
- Ideally experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and/or building interim solutions using PowerApps / Power Automate; such as for forms, transfer of information, and decision trees. Using these solutions or equivalent.
