We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.
We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.
We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.
Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious Quality and Standards Lead to join as an integral part of our Governance team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of how we monitor and improve the quality of our apprenticeship programmes by reviewing data, identifying areas for change, and driving improvement projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business. As we continue to grow rapidly, maintaining the outstanding quality of our programmes is key to the success of our apprentices, our company, and our ability to demonstrate to external bodies such as Ofsted that we can achieve outstanding results while delivering at a huge scale. The successful candidate will therefore play a direct role in furthering Multiverse’s mission.
Specifically, you will....
Quality Evaluation and Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of all provision at Multiverse, applying and iterating in-house frameworks that are informed by regulatory bodies.
Regulatory Reporting: Deliver against the reporting requirements of key regulators (e.g. annual self-assessment for Ofsted) ensuring that these are aligned with Multiverse’s strategic needs and drive continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the wider Governance team to ensure our regulatory commitments are fulfilled, including timely data reporting, regular internal review processes, and facilitating internal governance meetings.
Data-Driven Insights: Partner with the Data & Insights team to monitor programme quality data, review performance metrics against targets, and identify trends in areas such as apprentice attainment, coach performance, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) factors.
Reporting and Analysis: Utilize our management information system to develop both regular and ad hoc reports, producing a comprehensive monthly overview of our Governance framework.
Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of the continuous improvement cycle, collaborating with stakeholders to identify best practices and areas for quality enhancement in programme delivery and learning. To conduct quality assurance activities in line with the Governance framework.
Programme Review Process: Lead the development and implementation of a robust programme review process.
About you
You have a background in Education or Training, although this doesn’t need to be specifically focused on quality, compliance, or apprenticeships. We’re more interested in finding someone with an understanding of the basics but who is excited to fill any knowledge gaps
You love codification; you’re someone who likes to capture insights and enjoys tailoring content for a range of audiences. For example, you’re as happy writing a briefing note to the Executive Team about current risks to ESFA funding as you are writing a long-form report for our board of Governors outlining successes and areas for improvements against regulatory requirements
You have strong analytical skills and are passionate about leveraging data for decision-making: you have the data skills to analyse and present basic data sets, but are also are able to partner with data experts to ensure you have the more technical tools and understanding you need
You’re comfortable working in a small team with the ability to influence across the business: you are confident holding senior stakeholders to account, and know how to achieve commitment not just compliance
