As a Growth Executive at SalesRabbit, you will be a member of the sales team and will work strategically with both SDR and AE teams. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the customer success managers, implementation specialists, and support teams to discover expansion opportunities for both upsell of current products, and cross-sell of additional products within an existing customer account. You will have many responsibilities, to include; however, not be limited to the following:
- Being responsive to opportunities identified by the success teams
- Self-generating leads based on provided customer lists and performing product demos
- Being accountable for customer renewals within your assigned segment
- Holding pricing conversations and building proposals
- Following up on customer opportunities
- Proposal negotiating
- Ultimately closing the expansion deal.
You will report to the Director of Growth and work to constantly improve our processes. We are looking for customer sales professionals in the Utah Valley and Salt Lake City, UT who will work in-office in Lehi to be key contributors on our stellar Growth team in a competitive and fun tech environment.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:
- Experience selling specific solar proposal tools (e.g. Solo, Aurora, OpenSolar, HelioScope, etc.)
- Extensive Sales and Leadership experience, ideally in the direct sales space working with verticals such as rooftop solar, roofing, alarm, pest or the like.
- Preferably have 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales as a CSM, SDR and/or AE
- Be teachable
- Have the ability to learn tech quickly and put together technical solutions for potential clients
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being comfortable talking to new people, especially on the phone and via Zoom
- Be able to adjust to new systems quickly and be highly organized with a calendar and follow up
- Be ambitious, a self-starter, and have a competitive drive to exceed targets
- Have an excitement to experiment, try new things, and be creative
- Be comfortable with a fast-paced, competitive, fun work environment

Here’s how you will make an impact:
- Respond to customer product sets by all Success professionals at SalesRabbit, coordinating demos and product conversations.
- Leverage Salesforce and its capabilities to the extent that it has been configured for the Growth team (ie. dashboards and Groove integration). Follow strict compliance guidelines.
- Update the CRM in real-time, including but not limited to: recording all customer interactions, updating sales progress, and entering all relevant sales data.
- Acknowledges the importance of accurate and up-to-date CRM data in the tracking and analysis of sales performance and the company's overall sales strategy.
- Engage in team development and engagement plans through role-plays and script development.
- Collaborate with Growth team members in supporting and constantly improving the growth methodology and processes
- Be a 360 leader and a 'locker room leader,' fostering a positive and productive team culture and working to enhance the team culture overall
- Be fully committed to the Growth Executive role, remaining focused and dedicated to achieving the sales targets and other goals of the department.
- Strive to demonstrate grit and maintain a strong sense of curiosity and gratitude in all aspects of my work.
- Attend in-person meetings as needed
- Be present in the office for a minimum of 5 days per week.
- Adhere to sales team dress code
- Review and monitor your progress against these expectations on a regular basis, and adjust your approach as necessary to ensure success
