Senior Partner, Advertising Sales - Walmart Connect - Food

As a Sr. Partner Manager on our Enterprise Sales team, you will serve as a consultative sales partner to Walmart's suppliers/advertisers and within the Food category. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and organizations to bring to life full-funnel digital performance advertising solutions for brands with a suite of measurement solutions and access to data to prove the value of Walmart Connect. Your data-driven and consultative approach to sales and growing business relationships will be the key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers. As an individual contributor, you will be supported by a cross-functional team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team chartering our explosive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background
- Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through
- Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell
- Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner
- Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years experience in Digital Media Sales, Ecommerce/Shopper Marketing Sales, Retail Media Ad Sales
- 5+ years experience managing client accounts
- 3+ years experience as a proven strategic advisor working with C-Level clients
- Experience selling both managed-service and self-service media solutions
- Strong analytical abilities and financial understanding
- Operational rigor (Salesforce pipeline, call logging/reporting, account planning, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
