Live Better,” we're excited to grow our team by adding a dedicated Partner Manager for a large enterprise supplier within our Health & Wellness department. What You'll Do
As a Partner Manager, you will manage the strategic account, and your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers. In this role, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Shape joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
- Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the client service team partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
- Travel approximately quarterly to Bentonville and when necessary to NY/NJ to meet with the supplier & agency partners.
Who You Are
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital media, performance advertising, data solutions or programmatic media sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
- A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
- Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions.
- Analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
