Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Master Scheduler to join our team. This role is integral to our Engineering division, responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all project scheduling activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain, Project Management, Defense Manufacturing, and general Manufacturing. The role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organization.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including resources, costs, risks, and communication plans. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure schedules align with project objectives and timelines. Analyze and manage critical path and constraints to optimize project schedule. Forecast and report on project status, identifying any potential delays or issues that could impact project delivery. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Evaluate current scheduling processes and tools, recommending improvements where necessary. Provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling tools and best practices.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Defense Manufacturing, and Manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. Proficient in project management software and tools. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
