The Role
As a Procurement Manager Associate at Printify, you'll help implement procurement strategies and achieve procurement targets throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial planning to seamless delivery and handover to operational teams. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure sourcing targets are met meticulously and on schedule. You'll negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and drive innovation within the procurement process. Attention to detail, outstanding communication, and robust organizational skills are imperative for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with the Category Management team in terms of product requirements and procurement needs, providing support as needed.
- Assist in conducting market research and Monitor market trends.
- Support negotiations and maintain relationships with Partners.
- Assist in the development of procurement processes and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams as Supply, Shipping, and Quality, to streamline the sourcing process and ensure seamless integration with other functions.
Qualifications:- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, define strategies, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry, will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
