Provide sales, marketing and communication support to global relationship management team on EVD’s strategic accounts. Promote distribution of entire Morgan Stanley Investment Management / Eaton Vance product line by developing relationships with key contacts throughout the given organizations. Provide day-to-day relationship management for designated subset of dealers.
Responsibilities:
- Work in coordination with Global Relationship Managers to execute on product opportunities and coordinate distribution efforts at major firms. Support Relationship Managers as additional liaison between Eaton Vance and key home office clients.
- Develop a meaningful and professional relationship with assigned home office contacts through regular phone contact, occasional on-site visits and attendance at industry/client conferences.
- Serve as account liaison between designated firm contacts at smaller firms and Eaton Vance organization.
- Work in partnership with PSC for engagement with analysts at home offices where coverage overlap exists
- Serves as a liaison between EV Portfolio Managers and home office Analysts
- Understand and help effectively communicate all Eaton Vance investment management and distribution capabilities to help drive sales.
- Work with Global Relationship team to identify new product placement opportunities and help in developing business plans to secure expanded platform distribution.
- Communicate with internal and external sales team any marketing campaigns to promote sales.
- Work closely with EV Marketing to execute targeted / segmented marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Salespage and other relevant technology tools
- Provides sales, assets and performance data to home office analysts and home office contacts on a timely basis.
- Represent Eaton Vance at various dealer conferences.
- Responsible in conjunction with RMs for coordination of new fund and SMA set up at major firms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the investment management industry, previous client relationship and sales experience required.
- Ability to understand and communicate detailed conversations on a vast investment product offering
- NASD Series 7, 63, 65 licenses required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel is required

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 105,000 and 155,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
