As a Microsoft Global Black Belt Specialist, you will be a senior presales leader winning the technical decision and support the deployment of Imaging environments in Azure. You will lead virtual teams of technical, partner and support resources to meet our most complex customer’s business critical needs. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management or related experience
- 5+ years of experience working either within Healthcare (Hospital, Lab, Research, Health Systems, Providers, or similar) or Consulting/Service providers supporting these customers
- 5+ years experience with Imaging solutions with a deep understanding of deployment architectures and technical problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience selling cloud services or application development services to large/global enterprise customers with a focus on cloud application development and cloud infrastructure technologies
- 5+ years technical experience in Azure Platform or compete cloud technologies with the ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft's solutions
- Demonstrated experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
- Experience with infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (e.g. CICD, Teraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Knowledge of the primary Azure services (Premium/Ultra Storage, ExpressRoute, Specialized Compute, Traffic Manager, Azure Firewall, Scale-Sets, Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Large scale migration experience Data Center to Data Center and/or Data Center to Cloud and experience managing data center operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting and notifications
- Microsoft Certifications in the following preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Network Engineer Associate and/or Azure Security Engineer Associate
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $168,600 - $237,500 per year.

- Be a Healthcare Imaging Technical Sales subject matter expert. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration, modernization, and support, recommending solutions that meet their requirements.
- Help customers make technical decisions to migrate Imaging workloads to Azure and build tomorrow’s business and IT solutions based on Microsoft and 3rd party technology.
- Help to qualify the sales potential and opportunity, lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proof of concepts, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's products and services. You will work with our customer facing teams on technical sales enablement.
- Be a vital connection and orchestration point for a variety of technical resources, orchestrating complex solutions with internal and external partners. Helping identify and diagnose technical, architectural, and competitive blockers and respective solutions for sales opportunities and usage decision blockers and helping ensure that these solutions are implemented.
- Lead national / global virtual team of experts and influencers, driving thought leadership presenting to customers in one-many venues, on the Microsoft Solution Strategy for Healthcare Imaging Technical Sales.
- Collaborate with global virtual team of experts and influence the Microsoft Healthcare Imaging Technical Sales go-to-market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and market blockers.
- Work with our partner and engineering ensuring that the product truth is grounded in technical excellence, continuously identifying opportunities to help meet/exceed the scale, performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency goals for our customers.
