About the role
The Senior Manager, Strategic Growth works closely across the organization to lead strategic growth initiatives for Oscar’s insurance lines of business, with a particular emphasis on providing financial and analytical rigor when evaluating strategic initiatives.
You will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Growth.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $131,200 - $172,200 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including developing business cases to support investment, building project plans, managing project teams, and providing updates to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models evaluating strategic initiatives, including evaluating ROI, CAC, LTV, and other key metrics
- Provide financial and analytical support to various parts of the organization, including marketing, sales, and pricing
- Assist in setting, driving and executing the strategy for department specific programs.
- Identify success criteria, and implement operating metrics to measure success; analyze data to own root cause analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
- Program management of key department and cross functional strategy initiatives.
- Build operating playbooks and workflows to get the most value out of department initiatives.
- Development and growth of direct reports (as applicable), ensuring that colleagues are supported in their professional development needs.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in strategy and operations.
- 4+ years project planning and program management experience.
- Experience with Excel and financial modeling experience.
- Experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives.
Bonus Points
- Master’s degree.
- Management Consulting experienceExperience in the financial services and/or consulting industry
- Experience working directly with growth-oriented teams (e.g. Sales and Marketing).
- Knowledge of the insurance market and/or distribution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with executive leadership.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
