What you will do in the role:
- Work with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance team as needed
- Manage initial renewal contract negotiations with customer, and escalate if necessary
- Process customer license audits to Sales and Customer Success teams and address discrepancies when necessary
- Provide excellent service to customer throughout the renewal process
- Ensure that renewals are completed prior to expiration date
- Manage pipeline of renewal quotes/orders
- Ensure CRM data integrity, using Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ such as forecasting, key activity tracking, etc.
- Communicate customer feedback to appropriate department
- Process all renewals monthly for assigned Arena customers and submit to the appropriate customer contact for processing
- Identify strategic opportunities through contract review and Sales collaboration
- Communicate company policies or any limitations that may impact customer requests
- Strategize alternative subscription options to customers if requests cannot be met

- A minimum of 1-2 years contract renewal or inside sales experience
- Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ experience
Basic Qualifications:
BS or BA Undergraduate Degree
