What you'll do...
Are you passionate about working in a dynamic and challenging environment where you can use your knowledge of 340B to expand patient access to affordable care? A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Analyst of Business Development focused on the growth of our 340B program. In this role, you will be responsible forsupporting 340B program development, growth, and market expansionthrough data analytics and market intelligence. This opportunity will enable you to assess the program for areas of opportunity that will enhance our value propositionfor program expansion.

- You have extensive 340B knowledgeand strong understanding of the program’s economics
- You have strong ability to support strategic decisions through market intelligence and analytics
- You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- You have the ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing circumstances and market conditions
- You can navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity and keep the team focused on the end goal
- You are curious and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years’ experience in business development, business intelligence and analytics, market development, and/or product development
- Strong understanding of 340B program economics
- Ability to form recommendations based on market intelligence and data analysis
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics to measure success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
