Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for North American sales of Eurofins Biotherapeutic services
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding North American sales targets
- Development and maintain high level client relationships through regular virtual and face to face meetings
- Provide recommendations and feedback for business development and operational strategy
- Maintain a high level of technical and application competence and utilize this knowledge to drive business, Promote and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and analysis to operations to improve/adjust/expand any commercial strategies and tactics.
- Performs all other duties as assigned, example: attend trade shows, present capabilities.
- Use CRM (MS-CRM) for all sales process status and documentation
- Able to provide senior management with client overviews
- Provide voice of customer feedback to management and seek innovation opportunities for services
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines
- Hold monthly (at a minimum) meetings with direct manager to increase growth in strategic, targeted accounts. Provide regular written reports to management
- Hold monthly (at a minimum) meetings with direct manager and other members of the North America Products sales team to set best practices, identify successful tactics and coach less experienced members of the team. Provide regular written reports to direct manager.

Qualifications
- Degree in an applicable science (biology, chemistry, pharmacology) and at least 5 years related sales experience
- Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, and other web-based applications including LinkedIn
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Strong business development, organization, negotiation, scientific, and organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Deep understanding of Sales tools such as CRM (MS-CRM)
- Customer-centric behavior
- Ability to work well in a team environment but also capable of working independently
- Ability to partner effectively as part of a team to solve problems, negotiate solutions, and reach a consensus
- Valid driver’s license
- Located near major airport and ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including locally, in support of driving business to meet revenue objectives
- Authorization to work in the hiring country indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
