Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Account Manager in Chicago, IL:
Job Duties: Partner with a few assigned accounts, continually focusing on the customer's business goals to improve their overall technical and operational health and realize the maximum value from their Salesforce’s Mulesoft product investment. Be proactive and aware of the customer's key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers. Leverage Enterprise Integration and B2B integration expertise, develop a deep technical understanding of customer Mulesoft implementation, and share best practices. Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, leading the customer's expectations and communications through resolving such incidents. Act as the primary technical interface for Mulesoft’s Signature customers and works collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders, including partners and ISVs, as required to address the customers' needs. Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Mulesoft by: coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services as required for the customer; provide timely, proactive Mulesoft feature guidance based on the areas of interest of the customer; act as an advisor to your customers for the adoption of new features of Mulesoft's annual release schedules and identifying potential challenges and risks to your customer's implementation; and reinforce to the customer the value in the implementation of technical recommendations for improvement based on Proactive Monitoring Guidance. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Enterprise Application Integration; (2) B2B Integration; (3) Anypoint Platform; (4) Mulesoft ESB; (5) Oracle Fusion Middleware; (6) Oracle SOA Suite; (7) APIGEE; (8) REST and SOAP APIs; (9) JMS / Database Connectors; (10) SaaS connectors; (11) CI/CD Process; (12) RAML / WSDL / XML. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
