$73,058pa + 12% super + leave loading

About our opportunity
Our own People and Capability team are on the search for administrative pro with exceptional attention to detail to join our team until September 2025!
As our People Experience Support Officer you will provide proactive customer service and administrative support to the People Experience team, delivering accurate and consistent HR administration and advice on day to day matters. We will look to you to:
- Prepare and process accurate and timely Human Resource documentation, such as letters of offer, confirmation of employment, and amendment to employment conditions.
- Monitor and process incoming and outgoing communication, providing advice on routine matters and ensuring all correspondence and requests are managed professionally, timeframes are met, and follow-up actions are executed.
- Assist with updating and maintaining our HRIS system Technology One, and provide user support as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the greater team including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and ordering stationary.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a administrative role whereby you have utilised the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality correspondence and keep data accurate.
- Sound people and relationship management skills with the ability to work in a positive team environment communicating and engaging effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and apply common sense and discretion in carrying out tasks and understanding of working in a confidential in nature environment.
Whilst not mandatory, it would be beneficial to bring experience in preparing HR specific correspondence and maintaining data in a HRIS system.
