You, as the Senior Technical Account Manager (“TAM”), will be a key member of the Customer Success team, and will support our largest and most strategic customers with responsibilities for building relationships within accounts to become a trusted advisor; focused on the total customer experience and satisfaction. You will leverage various ReversingLabs resources to drive proactive activities; proactively managing system health and driving security value. The TAM will also provide product insight to customers using a cross section of services tools and applications. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, prior experience with supporting large enterprises and their security needs, and demands a close partnership with our Solution Architects and Account Executives to understand and drive the customer security goals and support renewal opportunities. Additionally, TAMs collaborate closely with engineering and product management functions to drive a feedback loop between the customer base and product roadmaps.
What You Will Do
- Act as the trusted technical advisor of ReversingLabs technology for large and complex customer deployments
- Work with customers to proactively identify and resolve potential issues that impact customer satisfaction or limit security value
- Lead customer meetings on a recurring basis; with customer travel on a quarterly basis (up to 25% but often fully remote)
- Function as the single point-of-contact for technical customer needs, providing insight and training with the customer on product delivery, interfaces, and best practices
- Communicate relevant recommendations to both internal & external customers to ensure compliance and performance requirements are met
- Collaborate with ReversingLabs resources and customer during escalations
- Leverage data analysis to provide customer environment insight and use data to build a compelling account plan and strategy
- Build and foster a broad network across the customer base and ReversingLabs
- Ability to deploy ReversingLabs technology in relatively complex environments
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in a technical account management or similar role, within the cybersecurity industry
- Comprehensive technical expertise in malware analysis, threat hunting, threat intelligence or software composition analysis and application security platforms
- Proven ability to manage large and complex customer deployments
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to build account strategies
- Build key relationships and effective networks
- Ability to influence cross functionally and in a matrix environment
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Complex problem solving
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years relevant experience (customer facing, large accounts, industry related)
