What Sales Strategy and Support contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Strategy and Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing the Major Rugby business within Cardinal Health’s customer base in the Acute, Long Term Care and State Govt classes of trade
- Explore opportunities with customers, demonstrating the value that the Major Rugby portfolio of products brings to their institution
- Break down obstacles to success, working with GPOs and the customer base to position the Major Rugby portfolio for success
Qualifications
- Experience influencing customers through the use of relationship building, data and financial acumen (data-driven, analytical approach preferred)
- Ideally targeting individuals with 2+ years in a customer facing capacity
- Understanding of wholesale distribution (ideally Cardinal Health's model) and how customers are incentivized strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for process improvement with the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve efficiency required
What is expected of you and others at this level
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and influence them to purchase the Major Rugby product over other competing option.
- Demonstrates understanding of Cardinal Health prime vendor agreements and how the purchase of Major Rugby products fits into the customer’s incentive structure.
- Dedicated to process improvement, influencing key stakeholders within the process toward efficient process operations.

Anticipated Salary Range: $79,700.00 - 113,800.00 USD (base)
