Role:Account Manager - Payer

What you’ll do:
We are looking for a seasoned, passionate and detail-oriented Account Manager to cultivate and grow Quantiphi’s customer relationships. At Quantiphi, you will be working with your leadership team and colleagues to oversee the relationship between Quantiphi and our most important clients in the Healthcare Payer industry. Your success will require skill at building strong relationships, engaging clients in strategic discussions, and developing new business opportunities and/or extensions to ongoing work. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with long-term key customers by comprehending their needs, defining the scope of opportunities in their environment, and operating as the primary point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts. You will be expected to assist in identifying needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction with the client. This role will also help identify additional opportunities to further deepen and grow customer relationships. The Account Executive strives to develop a deep understanding of Quantiphi’s customers’ needs and partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop trusted relationships across a portfolio of major client(s) to ensure that they are actively engaged with Quantiphi
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
As an Account Executive, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the Sales lifecycle and will be directly responsible and intimately involved in business development in key accounts
Client relationship management and new business development – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs, CXO -1 and key opportunity influencers, within the client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the client
Expand the relationships with existing customers by regularly proposing solutions that align with their strategy and/or meet their immediate objectives
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer goals, needs and requirements
Monitor active workstream progress, and act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
Generate new sales that support overall account growth
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet performance criteria
Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Address any issues and/or problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and client satisfaction
Skills/Requirements:
Demonstrable experience of a minimum of 8+ years as an Account Manager or related roles in an Information Technology services/consultancy company (must have)
Demonstrable experience of a minimum of 10+ years working in an Information Technology services/consultancy company for a Healthcare Provider client (must have)
Experience in the US and/or Canada healthcare system (must have)
Good understanding of the Payer domain, especially the US market, industry trends, value chain, regulatory environment, challenges facing providers and technology vendors
Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data and artificial intelligence (must have)
Excellent understanding of the Healthcare Payer industry domain
Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts
Experience forecasting and tracking account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
