As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role not just as a representative but as the face of our brand in the region. Your impact goes beyond sales – you are the ambassador of our values and vision, forging strong connections within the Hair & Beauty industry and championing the adoption of Booksy among businesses.
What you'll do
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Field Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Lauderdale to grow our footprint! We are looking for driven mission-minded salespeople who are masters at building relationships face-to-face, sharing business-building solutions, and passionate about empowering the small business community.
Please note candidates are required to be located in or near Fort Lauderdale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- A strong focus on client care and building lasting relationships
- Results-driven attitude with a motivation to exceed sales targets
- Willingness to step out of their comfort zone to achieve goals
- Understanding the importance of showcasing product value before making a sale
- Own and manage a pipeline of potential clients and take advantage of every opportunity to grow your book of business. Cold calls, walk-ins, sliding into DMs - you’re personable and persistent
- Create and attend industry events to further engage potential and current Booksy users
- Set your clients up for success by conducting demos and educating them on all our app features and how they can best utilize our product for their business needs
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to thorough follow-up
- 1-3 years of field sales experience is preferred
- Located in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred, but not required
- Experience selling for technology/ SaaS companies; working with small business clients a plus
- Experience in effective use of social media to reach business clients
- Experience with Sales process focused on Onboarding / Activation
- Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
- Experience with utilizing SalesForce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline
- Techstack: Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce
- Vehicle for transportation purposes
