We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Colleague Representation Consultant to join Phoenix Colleague Representation Forum (PCRF) team.

Introduction and Background to PCRF:
The Phoenix Colleague Representation Forum is a modern approach to colleague representation, putting colleagues at the heart of what we do. Engaging colleagues to share their experience of their working lives and partnering with Phoenix to make sure the colleague experience informs and influences key choices that impact colleagues across all levels of the UK Group.
The role:
Along with the other members of the central team, you will be leading the group wide representation forum, including coaching and mentoring representatives.
You will support your immediate team, including the head of the forum to deliver effective, industry empowering representation to all UK colleagues. Both in day-to-day activity and through strategic objectives.
- Represent and support colleagues’ day to day and through change programmes, including TUPE, Consultation and Organisational Design.
- Utilising your employment law and employee relations experience to support your team, the wider representative community and colleagues
- Building effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and organisations at all levels both internally and externally
- Maintain a regular and clear understanding of Company strategy to effectively influence the Company on key decisions and ensure early inclusion in discussions on corporate change, in the interests of colleagues
- Deliver, advocate and lead forum strategy and direction ensuring it is clearly communicated, well supported, and consistently delivered
- Collate and present the collective views of colleagues to the Company through a variety of channels to ensure that the best interests of colleagues are appropriately represented
- Using judgement to plan and manage multiple priorities and deadlines without impact on quality of output
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, Employee Relations and change programmes.
- A strong sense of judgment, accountability, decision making with ability to consider wider implications
- Ability to interact effectively and quickly build credibility
- Have a pragmatic and positive attitude and be an effective influencer
