As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment activities for seasonal Customer Service team members. This position will ensure a high-quality candidate experience and support the administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to source, identify, and secure talent for seasonal Customer Care Representative positions.
- Support all administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process, including the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System and other programs, scheduling and completing interviews, and consistent follow-up with candidates.
- Interview applicants over Zoom (video) for technical competence and applicable skills and experience.
- Evaluate candidates against position requirements and make recommendations to offer.
- Provide a level of relationship building and customer service with internal clients and candidates that emphasizes integrity, professionalism, quality, respect, and confidence.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in recruiting
- Located in Wisconsin
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am – 6:30pm CST, Monday - Friday
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
- Ability to effectively utilize computers and navigate between multiple programs and screens
