At this time, we have an opening for a Customer ServiceRepresentative(full time and part time) in our National Smallwares Division inbound Call Center. Must have flexibility to work 8 hours/day during available hours of operation for this area, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM (schedule may vary). NO WEEKENDS!

Customer Service associates provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls, processing orders in a timely and efficient manner, and advise customers of product availability and pricing. Associates also process returns, resolve problems, and handle inquiries regarding order status in a prompt and courteous manner within basic procedural guidelines. Must have superior telephone skills, people skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite products).
We are looking for qualified candidates with exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, seeking a professional, career-oriented position. This position is often used as a stepping stone for other sales and operational positions within The Wasserstrom Company through internal promotions to other areas of the company, so this can be an excellent option to a future career in Sales or Operations. Additional requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or one to two years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in customer service and/or the foodservice equipment and supplies field is preferred.
