Scoro’s People Operations team is looking for an Office Assistant to join the team in Tallinn. This position is a temporary role serving as a maternity leave replacement until around October 2024.

Your responsibilities include:
Providing a positive impression and warm welcome for Scoro’s employees and guests in Tallinn;
Being the first point of contact for general external communication (e.g., office phone calls, email) and service providers (e.g., the landlord, cleaning service);
Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, etc.) for our team members;
Ensuring office supplies, snacks, and beverages are consistently stocked by monitoring inventory, placing orders as needed, and organizing deliveries;
Help to plan and organize company- wide events;
Helping with being up to date with work environment-related documentation.

We expect you to have:

Having experience in similar responsibilities, related to office management or project coordination, would be beneficial;
Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in computer skills, such as document and spreadsheet management, calendar coordination;
Ability to analyze and research information effectively;
Excellent command of written and spoken Estonian and English.
