The Role:
Digible, Inc. is looking for a n Executive Assistant to join our team!
The Employee Experience Department is responsible for supporting and administering all aspects of the employee experience while keeping company protection and goals in mind. We are a small, but mighty team that oversees HR and People Operations at Digible.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Founders of Digible and other senior staff. The purpose of this role is to help our founders get more time back in their schedules to focus on scaling and sustaining the success of Digible.

What you’ll do:
Provide high-level administrative proactive support and assistance to the founders of Digible
Reid Wicoff, CEO & Co-Founder
Nicole Staley, Chief Experience Officer & Co-Founder
David Staley, President & Co-Founder
Manage all travel and accommodations for the full executive leadership team
5 Additional Executives and the Founders
Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and saving in the appropriate area/system.
Receives incoming communication or emails on behalf of Digible Founders
Perform office tasks including maintaining office inventory, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping for office budget.
Oversee and manages office related projects
Manage all mailing and shipping for the office, and the vendor relationship with the shipping agencies
Collaborate with Office Manager to maintain office environment and facilities
Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

You should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with MS Office, GSuite or the ability to learn new or updated software.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Pay, perks, and such:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $93,000
- 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
- 1 Day / Week Remote
