Description SAIC is seeking an analyst to support the Enterprise BD Analytics & CRM organization. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for a variety of sales enablement, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives across the enterprise. The analyst will work collaboratively across the organization, routinely interacting with all levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:- Function as a CRM-Sales Data Administrator (DA), overseeing data integrity of a robust pipeline, participate in and/or monitor opportunity workflows, aid in procuring consultant services, and support period close and audit activities.
- Provide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Serve as Gate Auditor, responsible for verifying bid artifacts are posted to the opportunity record and bid approval is in accordance with company policy.
- Plan and implement process improvements, to include: future state design, change management, and transition planning. Support automation and streamlining of processes and procedures.
- Assess reporting requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with productivity, quality, and end user satisfaction.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with major in business or related field and five (5) years' experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), particularly pivot tables and advanced formulas / macros in Excel
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship required; may be required to obtain security clearance
Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge/programming experience in PowerBI
- Experience with various customer relationship management platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
- Familiarity with managing and maintaining SharePoint sites
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
