Who you are: As an
Outbound Business Development Manager, you are our leader, training the Business Development Associates and ensuring that they provide an exceptional Frost experience to prospects that reflect Frost's Philosophy and Core Values. More than that, this role is about developing people and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do: - Lead and train Business Development Associates to ensure they offer prospects exceptional service aligned with Frost's Philosophy and Core Values
- Monitor Business Development team calls for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall customer experience
- Set clear performance targets and report key metrics to measure team efficiency and achievement
- Maintain a superior knowledge of Frost products and services to actively assist the team in discerning strategic opportunities for delivering tailored solutions
- Enhance content and training initiatives and manage the Outbound Business Development team to conduct 5 rotations of ARM training sessions each year
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies to identify potential clients while enhancing lead generation activities
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in telephone sales
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Strong understanding of banking products and services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:- 2+ years of banking experience, preferably in retail banking
- Knowledge of Frost Bank policies and procedures
