Responsibilities:- Perform high-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
- Generate volume opportunities to deliver a predictable book of business and drive forecast accuracy
- Engage a programmatic approach to demand to generate, develop, and expand your territory
- Communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
- Bring to bear all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota: inside sales, channel systems engineering, field marketing, cybersecurity sales specialists, the services team, sales ops, and others
- Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings
- Have a Partner landscape view and knowledge being able to identify the right partners to obtain the best coverage in his/her area including recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development
- Quarterly present a plan to address the most meaningful prospects and doing key account planning for each assigned territory.
- Diligently manage the customers assigned, promoting upselling and cross selling initiatives.
- Define along with Marketing actions and KPI's to be measured according to the Financial perspective and Pipeline need to be generated.
- Coordinate with Territory Account Manager (TAM) in your Territory to ensure complete coverage of all partner and end user opportunities.
Requirements:- 2+ years of Sales experience and an understanding of a channel distribution model is a plus (carrying quota/revenue, carrying a revenue target and closing experience).
- Experience in technology/cybersecurity, SaaS sales preferred. Previous sales experience in the Western US region a plus. Negotiation skills, B2B selling experience, and MEDDIC is a plus.
- Must have a proven record of success in achieving measurable sales goals with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales quota for retention and/or growth.
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Able to manage and meet multiple deadlines.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong written communication, and oral presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills suitable for interacting with various departments, system personnel, all levels of management, and customers in the surrounding community.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM software andMicrosoft Office preferred.
- Adaptive and flexible (changing technologies, processes, etc.).
- Remote position with some travel required. Candidate based in the Western US region preferred.
