General Job SummaryThe UIF Corporation - Account Manager (AM) is responsible for performing standard origination duties and meeting overall production goals as a part of the Vehicle Finance Sales effort. The focus of an AM is to convert company assigned leads (primarily Vehicle Finance transactions) via Velocify and other utilized software into closed business. All lead and origination activity must be tracked and documented in Velocify.
Summary of Essential Job Functions- Work closely with Sales Management to meet individual production, pull thru, and turn time goals.
- Stays current on underwriting guidelines, processing procedures and company policies.
- Knowledgeable of all UIF products and programs, software, and third-party requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the origination process.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards on individual origination pipeline.
- Participate in all required company meetings.
- Meets monthly and annual personal production and performance goals set forth by management.
- Track and document all lead actions in Velocify.
Other Job Functions- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
Requirements
Education, Training and Work Experience- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Consumer or Residential Finance origination experience preferred.
- Necessary training and licensure if needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Maintain & foster positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Provide professional communication in both oral & written expression.
- Strong professionalism (including business attire).
- Sales oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong customer service and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong team player, and self-motivated.
- Religious, cultural, and ethnic sensitivity.
- Strong computer skills required such as Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Working EnvironmentPrimary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space and/or a private home office or some combination which will be at managements sole discretion. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor allergens. Employee may work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.
Physical Requirements- Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Travel by foot in outdoor environments where it can slippery/etc.
- Extended periods of sitting (at computer desk).
- Complete repetitive tasks (including operation of computer mouse/keyboard).

The salary range for this role takes into consideration a wide range of factors including but not limited to the duties of the role, experience, location, and certificates and/or education.
