SummaryThe Sr. Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for assisting the VP of iGaming Account Management in building, growing, and leading the Account Management team that drives the configuration setup, compliance communications, integration communications, go to market planning, content release strategy, post go-live marketing and monetization planning/execution, and ongoing Operator relations for iGaming at Anaxi. This role requires the ability to build and scale a world class organization and drive results by training the organization to provide excellent planning of releases, post launch internal communications, operator communications and monetization of iGaming products through robust marketing and monetization strategies.
To be successful in this role the candidate must be focused on structuring the team to partner with Operators as well as internal Anaxi iGaming teams, and continually look for opportunities to improve content planning, release, monetization, and feature deployment processes. The core responsibilities of this role are to build a group capable of creating content delivery plans for all Operators in all Jurisdictions and once the content is commercially available, guide all needed teams, both internal and external to take the content live and most importantly, build incredible long-term relationships with our Operator partners. Once live, the team will work with the Operators and internal Anaxi teams to increase monetization of our titles through data driven marketing and feature development efforts.
What You'll Do- Cultivate the culture of the Account Management team to be one that prioritizes the well-being of employees, and the success of operators globally.
- Build a world class team of Account Managers to plan content releases, marketing strategies, and monetization strategies for our iGaming Operators.
- Define the roles and responsibilities for the team in relation to how they will work efficiently and effectively with other internal Anaxi teams, especially the Commercial, Marketing Art, Business Intelligence, Content Development and Compliance teams.
- Works with Account Management team on a day-to-day basis to drive calendar creation and marketing communications.
- Works with Delivery team to constantly understand slippage in any tech, content, or jurisdictional approvals and adjusts schedules accordingly to still maintain revenue goals.
- Verifies all launch and post launch compliance documentation has been delivered to the needed jurisdictional commission.
- Encourage and mentor the organization to creatively build and test new ways to monetize Anaxi titles in the iGaming space.
- Able to effectively communicate to Leadership the status of all operators via day-to-day channels such as email and chat as well as create and present PowerPoint presentations on status. (Including C-Suite)
- Builds strong, positive, and long-lasting relationships with all partner Operators!
What We're Looking For- 7+ years' experience in the Account Management, Technical Account Management, Product Manager role, preferably in iGaming.
- Proven leadership around team member development, coaching, succession planning and living a "people first" culture in a multidisciplinary, multi-regional, multi-cultural, environment.
- Ability to partner, educate and communicate complex strategies, technologies and solutions to customers, senior executives, industry groups, technical experts and the board through writing and presentations as needed.
