Susquehanna Automotive is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to assist in growing vehicle sales and service for commercial customers for Susquehanna Ford and Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This role will build and maintain relationships with small and medium size businesses and fleets. The right individual will have a background in automotive or commercial sales and will need to show the ability to meet and exceed goals, as well as provide an excellent customer service experience. We are looking for individual who has a strong ability to overcome objections, can focus on the details, and wants to grow with a progressive company. This must all be done while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ford Pro and Ram BusinessLink Programs will be the primary tool used to acquire and maintain agricultural and commercial accounts. Signing up businesses and business owners for the Ford Pro and Ram BusinessLink Program will provide customers significant benefits when servicing their fleet and grow our service business. The Account Manager will use those relationships and also be responsible for selling the vehicles that are used by businesses.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee coordination of Ford Pro and Ram BusinessLink Program deliverables
Tracks sales/enrollments to ensure proper NVDR or sale reporting
Spends at least 50% time on outside contacts
Prospect for and enrolls clients
Collects data such as commercial customers’ expected vehicle replacement dates/mileage
Organizes and attends agricultural and commercial events (e.g., contractor shows, trade shows)
Uses upfit vehicles to demonstrate applications at customer work site
Assists with securing commercial lines of credit for customers
Provides finance process that saves customers, time, money, and hassles
Well educated in lease, finance and payment options
