Job SummaryAMSTAT, Inc. (a subsidiary of CAMP Systems Inc.) is the worldwide leader in providing researched market information to the global business aviation industry. We are currently seeking
a temp-to-hire inside sales Business Development Representative at our Eatontown, NJ location. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working in tandem with the Sales Manager. AMSTAT sales are B2B to both small and multinational companies with subscribers frequently at the senior manager level. Our services are widely known and used throughout the business aviation industry and the Business Development Representative will be responsible for placing AMSTAT front of mind when potential clients need data on this market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through both phone calls, emails, and social selling.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities- Understand the AMSTAT business, services, and value proposition.
- Perform outreach to prospects in a global territory.
- Grow a database of qualified prospective clients and increase incoming opportunities.
- Develop a firm understanding of potential client market data needs.
- Use a consultative approach to understand and overcome qualified prospect objections.
- Tee up warm prospects for hand-off to the Sales Manager.
Requirements- 1 year of customer service or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail orientated, persistent, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to meet objectives.
- Comfortable with both phone and in-person communications.
