Position OverviewThe core purpose of the Senior Commercial Account Executive role is to generate New Partner opportunities in Communications/Media, BFSI, Games, AI, Digital or tech and to convert those opportunities into revenue-generating profitable partnerships with the world's leading disruptors.
Responsibilities- "Leading the Charge" within the key verticals by developing the sales for TELUS International.
- Developing opportunities from zero to close, through the cycle from initial discovery to solution scoping and development, proposal development, negotiation and contracting.
- Creatively sourcing access to key target clients through networking, referrals, events, marketing collaborations, outbound prospecting, eco-system and creative ideas
- To identify, build and develop a network of key business stakeholders, decision makers and influencers in target and existing markets
- Using Insight based selling techniques by Identifying challenges within prospective target partner customer operations and business models to gain access to key stakeholders for deeper discussions on how TELUS International can solve the problems
- TELUS International aims to own the customer operations market with disruptive "Scale-Ups" so raising and maintaining profile within the start-up and scale-up communities in key markets will be a key aspect of the role
- Our clients range from start-ups to scale-ups and larger mature innovators and you will seamlessly adapt to the distinct needs and solutions required and the variation of buying processes at each stage of maturity.
- You will be selling multi-year BPO contracts for CX, Technical Support, Sales Funnel Operations, Community, Trust, Safety, AI and Risk and also augmented operations
- Sourcing, Scoping and Closing is part if the role
- We will also be tracking revenue build up by quarter, which is a new aspect of our planning so it's very important that you are considering covering deals to hit the targets
- Creatively and Intentionally Capturing market intelligence for the greater good of TELUS International to include automation behaviours, buying process, decision making process, stakeholder needs, jobs to be done, consumer behaviour, eco-system intelligence and competitive intelligence.
- Crafting deliverable solutions to solve the specific challenges being faced by prospective clients.
- These identified opportunities should be tracked through the pipeline and in Salesforce. We need to be seeing progress for these opportunities through the funnel and we need to see the actions to gather the key information. The reporting of the deals is your responsibility.
Skills & Abilities- Experienced in developing, leading and influencing C-Level discussions with target clients.
- Resourceful ability to access target client organisations internationally to build relationships.
- You will have a curiosity to uncover the challenges being faced by target clients and a problem-solving ability to develop a solution in real-time
- Commercially astute with an intuitive understanding of the stage of a prospect's decision-making process and the steps necessary to move them through their decision making process. An understanding of how to educate clients on how to make the decision is of relevance for "first time outsourcers".
- Strong experience and competency in "Closing" Deals
- Prioritisation of tasks through logical analysis
- Ability to map stakeholders and to network within a target client organisation
- Disciplined progression and reporting of opportunities
- Natural interest in capturing intelligence and sharing with internal teams to enhance the overall development of the TELUS International
Qualifications- 7+ years of Hunter / Sales experience in Call center
- Proven track record of closing $5 Million+ Revenue growth per year in a call center/BPO
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience working in Global company
Location: Remote US
Pay:The base compensation range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000 USD annuallycommensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
