Position Summary
The IAM Field Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining ZF as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions for several Aftermarket key accounts. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities.
***This is a fully remote position that requires up to 50% travel. Candidates should ideally reside in Michigan, Indiana or Illinois.
What you can look forward to as an IAM Account Manager:
• Lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests
• Execute sales growth strategies
• Ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, expectations and requests and communicate these throughout our organization
• Strengthen the account team fulfilling all internal and external expectations
• Maintain product development strategies in the BU's to fulfill customer and market needs
• Drive and support key account initiatives
• Build customer relationships across all levels
• Initiate and implement campaigns, projects, and customer events as required
• Support all negotiations with the customer, including contracts and promotional programs
• Deliver premium service levels across the value chain from product development, through manufacturing, to delivery
Your Profile as an IAM Account Manager:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related/relevant discipline preferred
• Five years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle industry and/or automotive market
• Technical/Sales background managing a portfolio of Aftermarket national accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects daily

• Superior communication at all levels
• Negotiation/Relationship management skills
