All Star Incentive Marketing is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking additional Account Executives that have the skills needed to manage a selection of existing, and future, clients with the goals of meeting service level agreements, cross-selling new programs and exceeding revenue goals.
Our ideal candidate is a high energy, highly organized individual with proven project management skills and experience servicing client needs and generating incremental sales. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Power Point) is required. Additional experience with LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and HubSpot (or other CRM software) is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, acting as the day-to-day contact to handle client's individual requests and requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner. Escalate issues to the Director of Account Services or an Executive Sales Manager (ESM) as needed.
- Utilize Project Management Tools to request marketing projects and collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate collateral design, production, and client review cycles. Secure marketing quotes and present them to existing clients and prospects as needed.
- Work with Procurement team to facilitate client product quote requests.
- Work with Corporate Identity and Marketing teams to generate incremental sales of logo merchandise and marketing services to clients.
- Work with ESMs and Marketing to help write proposals for both cross-selling and new business development opportunities.
- Contract and Scope of Work development and negotiation (collaboration with ESM).
- Work directly with other members of the Account Services team to meet client needs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT for client-specific software development requests.
- Ability to maintain an active LinkedIn and/or Twitter presence to help promote All Star's content to help attract new clients is a plus.
- Attend all calls and meetings with assigned clients / prospects. Take notes, schedule follow up meetings and activities, and provide detailed reports as needed.
Education and Experience:- Minimum of an Associate's Degree and three (3) years of sales support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including strong knowledge of MS Excel software
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot (or other similar CRM solutions) is a plus
- Ability to work with integration software like MS Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom
- Ability to problem solve effectively in customer focused environment
- Experience in any of the following industries is a plus - incentive, recognition, corporate identity/logo merchandise, gaming, safety, and/or wellness
